Bob Carlson has worked full-time in residential real estate sales and marketing for two decades.  In this time, his dedication, expertise, and passion have helped over 1000 clients sell and buy their dream homes.

When Bob represents you, he takes 110% ownership of achieving your outcome, the same way he would if it was his personal sale.  He calls this Ownership 360, basically owning all relationships and deliverables of the sales process and transaction to ensure a seamless customer service experience for his clients.

During his twenty years in business, he has sold real estate in two states, four counties, over 150 zip codes, and through four distinct market cycles.  Whether the market is white hot or ice cold, through short sales, bank-owned and traditional listings, Bob’s leadership is tried and true, especially his pricing expertise, client representation, and problem-solving skills.  

When you work with Bob, you will experience a proactive agent and an excellent communicator with sharp attention to detail.  Born and raised in the Phoenix area, Bob mastered his proactive approach and attention to detail during his time serving in the U.S. Army as an artillery officer, and again working with the engineering team for 8 years at Hewlett-Packard.  He also holds a business degree from Arizona and an MBA from Arizona State. 

Service to others and giving back is a huge part of Bob’s mission, as he has been intimately involved in the recovery community for over 21 years.  He recently served for five years on the board of Homeward Bound Arizona, culminating as vice-chairman of the board.  He worked in the past with Business Network International and Junior Achievement, and regularly supports the Bridge of Hope SD, St Mary’s Food Bank, Tunnel to Towers Foundation, The Arizona Humane Society, and Illuminate Community Church.
