Our Marketing Get Your Home's Value

Prelaunch

After we meet and decide to work together, we will assess your home. Uncovering this will help us position your property in its finest light to showcase its true value.

Next we’ll work together to decide on a price that is both competitive and market-driven.

Once we decide on a price, we’ll do a walk-through of your home. We’ll point out what needs to be done before there are thousands of eyes viewing it. If necessary, we’ll bring in a home stager to do the staging for you. Once the home is prepped, we'll have our professional photographer take HD photos, drone footage, and video footage for an HD listing video.

Launch

Upon launching your listing, we will start implementing our marketing plan. Our approach includes a targeted digital marketing strategy, social media advertising, email marketing and personalized 1 to 1 outreach to the right buyer.

Once our marketing has begun and your home is published online, we will begin showing your home to qualified buyers. We will host open houses to create a buzz and energy that will generate a sense of urgency and potential fear of loss if buyers don't act on their interest in your home.

Closing

The process from contract to close is complex, and we've spent years developing tools to stay on track with no oversights. There will be closing costs associated with the sale that need to be paid either by or on the closing date. It can include mortgage application fees, inspections, and legal fees. But once that’s taken care of, you can pass your old keys to the new owners. Congrats, you’ve officially sold your house!
