I had the opportunity to work with realtor Tiffany Griffin. What a great experience I had with Tiffany. I really felt like she was working for me, and working hard. She had a great eye for inexpensive improvements that made my place look great. She was also excellent at explaining the whole process and all those little things that I never would have noticed or understood, especially going over the home inspection report and crafting a counter offer that made me thousands more than I would have gotten without her involved. She also has fantastic contacts and referred me to some excellent contractors who gave me great deals on getting a few things fixed. She saved me an average of 35-50% on the contractor work. I am so appreciative. Top to bottom she is an awesome realtor and advocate. I really appreciate and feel blessed at the chance to work with her. Although our path was filled with difficulties, the weights of those were not felt by my family.
